One may define leadership with a plethora of words but when fully exercised it is the purest form of sharing that anyone can offer.

We shared many ideas and challenges but in the end I believe the structure of the workshop allowed our instinctive relationships to emerge unhindered.

This simulation provided a platform for individuals with nothing in common other than their desire to learn more about themselves and those around them; it challenged our pre- conceptions, prejudices and beliefs. This platform also recognized that although the participants were part of a larger group, I sensed that each was dealing with their own issues on many different levels.
